Halloween fell on a Tuesday this year but that didn’t stop people from turning up. This is some footage from the scene at the corner of Ludlow St. and Stanton St., outside Pianos Bar and Kind Regards. There were a lot of people waiting to get into the two clubs, and lots more people just vibing on the street and enjoying NYC’s legal weed situation. Everybody was in a festive mood.
