Join me for a quick visit to Bed Stuy’s famous A&A Bake & Doubles Shop, to eat a popular and delicious Trini food called “Doubles”. It’s really hard to find good doubles outside of the Caribbean but here in Brooklyn’s Bed Stuy neighborhood, there’s a place that’s been doing them up for years in the authentic Trinidad style. They’re worth a special trip, but make sure you get there early, because they often sell out before the morning is over!
