Last week I went to SoHo and tried a “Supreme Croissant” from Pi Bakerie, one of my favorite places down there. it was filled with Pistachio cream and I really loved it. So I went a few days later to
get another. Except it turns out that the baker follows nothing but his own inspiration every morning, and this time he stuffed them with Nutella! I came completely together.
